haircut

Today Sophia got her first real haircut. We have trimmed her hair, but this time we decided to cut a little more off. We cut about 7 inches, so it is still long, but a lot shorter. I am excited because I can still fix it cute, but it will be a lot easier to brush.
On another note, last week Maya had her first big report in school. She had to research and write a small report on the animal of her choice. She chose a cheetah and worked really hard. We checked out books from the library, and she did all the research herself. She also wrote the whole thing by herself, we just helped her with her spelling. It turned out really nice and we are really proud of how hard she worked.
