Christmas

Christmas morning the kids woke up to find that Santa had visited. The girls all got My Little Ponies and Liam got a little hammer toy.

We then went to my parents for breakfast and to open presents. The kids got lots of fun things. Ellie was especially excited. She was jumping up and down and thought each present was the best thing ever, even the dollar Pez dispenser she got. Each year my mom gives all the grandkids the same present and this year it was headlamps and little animal flashlights they can clip on their backpacks.

Liam got cranky pretty fast. Between all the noise and the small amount of sleep he got the night before, he was a little hard to handle. After opening presents we went to church with my parents. It was really nice going to church on Christmas. It helps remind us why we celebrate Christmas.

After naps we opened the presents from the Vocana's. It was fun to be able to open presents later on in the day. Once again we all really liked what we got.

The kids got more new jammies, which they all needed, especially Liam. We had a really nice Christmas and are excited to spend Kyle's day off tomorrow as a family.
