Logan

The day after Christmas we went to Logan for the night.  We went to Hardware Ranch up Hyrum Canyon.  They feed elk in a meadow there and take people out on sleds to see the elk.  There wasn't' enough snow, so they had wheels on the sleds.  It was really fun and neat to see all those elk.  There were about 450 elk there that day.

 We stayed in a hotel that night and went swimming, to dinner, played games and watched TV.  It was a really nice way to extend Christmas and spend time as a family.

In the morning we went swimming again and then headed up to Bear Lake to check on the cabin my Dad and Dan were there working.
On the road to the cabin we got stopped by some cattle on the road.

 The cabin got it's roof, windows and outside doors since we were last there.  The framing is also  almost done.  This was probably the last time the kids and I will be up there  until spring.
