St. George

A couple of weeks ago Kyle, Liam and I went to lunch together and I decided that we needed a weekend away.  2 days later we were on our way to St. George.  We invited some friends, and spent a quick weekend away.  It was short, but a lot of fun.  We went to the sand dunes, the dinosaur museum, and to Pioneer Park.
We spent the entire weekend trying to keep Liam's blood sugar above 80.  The poor kid was having way too much fun and his little body couldn't handle it, his blood sugar kept dropping.  One bad thing is that we kept having to make him stop playing to give the sugar we were giving a chance to work it's way into his blood stream.  At the sand  dunes he buried his legs while waiting.
All the kids had so much fun at the sand dunes.  We spent about 3 hours  just letting the kids run around and dig.
We also went to the Dinosaur museum.  It has changed a lot since the last time I was there and was really cool.  Liam especially loved it and  wanted lots of pictures.

We ate at the Pizza Factory, and Liam loved his twisty breadstick.
Sunday before we left, we stopped at Pioneer Park and climbed around the rocks.  This is one of our favorite things to do when we are in St. George.

It was a whirlwind of a weekend, and Liam fell asleep on the way home.  This is so rare that I had to document the occasion.
We had such a great weekend.  We are so lucky that we have a place to stay and can go spur of the moment.
