Principals Award

We've been super busy lately.  It seems like we are constantly going somewhere with one of our kids.  The older they get, the busier we get.
Today Ellie received the Principals Award for the 2nd time this year.  Each week each teacher chooses one assignment from on student to receive the award. Both times this year Ellie has been chosen it was for a math assignment.  Ellie does really well in school, but especially in math.  She does not get that from me!  I'm proud of her for how hard she's been working this year.
This week we've gotten to watch my parent's dog Jake.  This is both good and bad.  He goes everywhere with me and keeps me company, but him and Jimi (the cat) do not get along.  Usually it is Jake who is chasing the cat, but this time Jimi has been trying to find Jake and swipe at him.  We've resorted to locking Jimi in our bedroom to keep the seperated.
The next month or 2 will continue to be crazy busy.  We've got birthdays, a baptism, robotics competition, dance recitals, and the end of school.  It's super fun, but also exhausting.
