The day after Thanksgiving is always our decorating day. We get out all our Christmas decorations and listen to Christmas music and go to town. The highlight is always the tree, because the girls get to do most of it themselves. Near the end, Kyle and I did start suggesting places to hang the ornaments because we had some bald spots.
This morning we woke to a lot of snow. I mean a lot. Sophia and Ellie wanted to play outside, but it was up to their waists, so they had a hard time even walking. The sun has just poked through the clouds, but there is still snow falling. Winter is here.
