These last couple of weeks our family has gotten to have my niece Claire stay at our house while her parents are out of town. We had her for 3 days the first week and 3 days the next week. Her first day here she slept a lot and wanted to be held. I got lots of cuddle time with her. She perked up after that and had a lot of fun playing with the kids. The kids loved her and gave her lots of attention.
The kids all liked helping bathe her. We did both the tub and sink, depending on her mood. Last night Ellie even got in the bath with her.
Maya is big enough to hold her. It looks like she is crying, but she actually did like it when Maya held her.
The girls all took turns feeding her. They had so much fun taking care of her.
Maya did really well with her, she even learned how to change a diaper in preparation for when she is old enough to babysit (she is almost there).
We loved having her stay with us, but I'll be honest, it was a lot of work.
