Vocana Family Reunion

The week after the Stapleton family reunion, Maya went to Brighton Beehive Camp.  She had a wonderful time.  She went on a hike that took her to the top of 7 peaks, did the zip line, more hiking, and outdoor cooking.  She has enjoyed her 2 years at Beehive Camp and is sad this was her last year, but next year Sophie will get to go so that's exciting.
Right when Maya got home from camp, we headed back up to Bear Lake for a reunion with the Vocana family.  Sophie, Ellie and I headed up a little early to shop in Logan for the food and Kyle came with Maya and Liam.  We had a lot of fun just hanging out, lots of swimming, mini golfing, doing crafts, and of course going to the beach.  On our beach day we even rented a jet ski which was super fun.
In Logan the girls and I picked up these cute jammies for all the grandkids.  Lazy One has an outlet store with phenomenal prices on their super cute jammies.
Karson (7), Kyler (5), Liam (6), Sophie (10), Ellie (8), Kenzie (2), Karlee (9), and Maya (13).
One day the weather was cloudy and rainy, so some went mini golfing and some did crafts in the activity center.
After mini golfing, more joined us at the activity center.  My kids love crafts so they thought this was so much fun.
Lake Day!  We had great weather for our lake day and had a great time.  We had 2 paddle boards, an adult kayak and a child's kayak.  We also rented a jet ski.  All the kids had a great time.  We did have a small scare with Liam when he got dehydrated and threw up.  We were able to get some water in him and he quickly felt better.  Type 1 Diabetes makes him get dehydrated really easily and he can end up in the hospital from it , so we were glad we were able to get him better so he could stay at the beach.
Maya hates having her picture taken, but I was able to get this one.  She always looks like she is in pain having her picture taken, but I promise I'm not hurting her.
 Cute Sophie.
 Playing in the sand.

 Kyler and Kyle.
Another one of all the kids.
After everyone left, I stayed behind with the kids for a couple of days.  I wanted to have time to wash all the sheets and clean the cabin really well.  It was also super hot and home and we wanted to enjoy the cooler temperatures at the cabin.  We went to the pool a lot and the kids just swam.  They love going to the pool, especially Liam.  He is never ready to get out when its time to leave.

We had another great reunion.  We don't see Kyle's family often, some only every two years, so it was really great to spend time with them.  The kids loved being able to play with their cousins.
