JDRF walk

Ellie auditioned for Mountain West Ballet's production of the Nutcracker again this year.  She was cast as a Chinese Dancer.  We are really excited for her.
Last Saturday was JDRF's walk.  It was really cold, but still a lot fun.  Our team, Liam's Buddies, managed to raise $1,100, not  too bad considering it was just our family of 6.
Liam wearing his bandanna.  They give each person with Type 1 these bandanna's to distinguish them from the rest of the crowd.
Liam caught this ball at the beginning of the walk.
Liam's sign along the walk.  Each kid with Type 1 can have a sign placed along the walk.

 A closeup of the sign.
There was face painting which the 3 youngest tried out.
That night Kyle, Sophie, Liam and I went to the REAL soccer game.  It was pouring rain and cold.  Fortunately our seats were mostly covered so we didn't get too wet.
