Wed. was Ellie's first birthday. We had a little family birthday party with my parents and brother's family minus my brother (he was at work) It was a lot of fun. Ellie enjoyed dinner, presents, and the cake.
The presents were a lot of fun. All the older kids opened them for her, and then gave them to her. It actually worked out really well because she wouldn't open them, but enjoyed playing with the toys when they were free of the wrapping paper.
Ellie is getting so big. She is walking all over the place and can say a couple of words. She weighs 20 lb 15 oz (50%) and is 29 inches (60%). She is such a fun, cute, easy child. She has such a great personality and loves to play and giggle all the time. I can not believe she is already 1. Time flies so quickly.
