Random February

 My Dad put these shelves up to display some of Liam's legos.  Liam has so many legos that they were taking over his room so these shelves have helped quite a bit.  

Liam was our only child to have to make a valentines box.  Liam made an ATAT.  It turned out pretty cool

Ellie is kind of a slob and I have always had a hard time getting her to keep her room clean.  Part of the reason is that her room is meant to be a den, so it doesn't really have a closet.  We deep cleaned her room and put in a wardrobe and made her a desk area.  It's been several weeks and she has managed to keep it fairly clean. 

This is her desk area.  It turned out really nice and she uses it all the time.

Here is her bed and wardrobe.  The wardrobe fits perfectly and now she has door on her closet. Before she had a makeshift closet where her desk now is and it had no door.

Last week we had a snow day which meant the schools all switched to online learning for the day.  It actually worked out really well because they got to stay home but were still able to do their work so they don't have to make the day up.

Ellie is taking dance in school and her assignment was to take pictures of her dancing in the snow.  Here are some of the pictures she submitted.

Sophie's Spanish assignment was to do something fun like take a nap or make cookies.  Sophie made sugar cookies in the shape of squirrells.

Ellie was so excited because Jimi actually sat on her lap for a while.  Jimi is really picky with laps, he really likes my lap and will occasionally sit on Kyl'es lap so it was very unusual for him to sit with Ellie.
