The Monday before Thanksgiving I went with Liam's class to the zoo. It ended up being a really nice trip because they are limiting the number of field trips so it wasn't busy. It was also a cooler day so the animals were very active.
The Lions were out. One really wanted to play, but the other lion didn't want to so there was a little fight between them.

Liam and I both really liked the otters. They were swimming all over so that was fun to watch.
The polar bear was also very active. You can see him behind us sticking his face on the glass.

We had Thanksgiving at the cabin with Dan and his family. It was a very nice relaxing weekend. Maya was in New Hampshire visiting Scott and family with my parents. It was a little strange not having Maya there, but she had such a great time.
