Cupcakes
Today Maya didn't have school because of UEA so we decided we had to do something fun to keep her from getting bored. We made Halloween cupcakes. The girls had so much fun. Sophie actually helped this time, she got to stir the batter. Maya got to put all the ingredients in the bowl. Maya decorated the cupcakes with candy, but Sophie was only interested in eating the candy. I love that I can do fun things like this with the girls.

I need to take lessons from you. I always have the best intentions with letting my kids help bake stuff, then they slow me down and make such a mess that I end up doing it all myself to speed things up. I'm terrible, like that. They're never going to learn how to cook anything with a mom like me :(
